We generally provide custom training based on assessment and specific goals; however, some of our clients like BDR to provide “University-style” training for all it’s associates, meaning a less customized course that would be effective for anyone from their company attending.  Each program includes practical approaches, interactive, experience-based cases, and a blended learning approach so that every  participant leaves with ideas they can quickly, easily put into practice, vs. leaving a training course wondering how and when they will be able to integrate the new skills learned into their way of working.
