A few BDR clients, in their own words:
"Deborah and Allen are excellent instructors and coaches. I learned more in this course and through the coaching than I have in any leadership course I have taken during my entire career. Allen coached me through making several leadership changes with my team and how to measure the results. Allen helped me prepare to present the value to my Management team."
-- Manager, DOD
"Mark was an excellent coach and helped us figure out the best way to approach our dashboard metrics to truly reflect our goals and strategies. We have never had truly meaningful metrics, but these make sense."
-- Manager, Logistics & Distribution Organization
"Deborah coached me through a process for negotiating and gaining buy-in that was new to me. I truly like the relationship-oriented, trust-building approach, and it fits my work style and personality. The process for using mirroring and listening and elevating the conversation is a skill that will be helpful now and in the future. Thanks!"
-- Senior Engineer, Department of Transportation
"Deborah’s coaching was irreplaceable to me. I used to think about these steps, and such things, as “soft skills,” but the “soft skills” we worked on accomplished “hard-results.” I am now more comfortable in my role as a Manager, and I realize the importance of the human-side of managing….it makes a big difference. We are seeing the results in our performance, and my team and organization see the benefit. We are now growing future leaders and we get results quicker by having honest conversations, and solving problems faster. Our team is stronger because of the work Deborah and I are doing together, and we enjoy our work together even more."
